Advantages

Highlights in the Engadine

Generations of spa guests knew about the attractions of alpine spa resorts. Now athletes are also increasingly taking advantage of the performance-enhancing effect of altitude training. Just staying at an altitude of between 1500 and 2200 m above sea level. M. has a slight training effect, and the training sessions carried out at this altitude have been proven to have a more intensive effect than those in the lowlands. The reason for this is the "oxygen deficiency", which forces the body to adapt, which ultimately leads to better performance.
