We work with numerous suppliers from the Engadine. They are not wholesalers, but people with a huge passion for what they do. An example of this is the Puschlaver butcher Zanetti, which has been producing and selling local fresh meat and meat specialties of the highest quality for over 100 years. We get our coffee from Cafè Badilatti, Zuoz, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. The family business has stood for high-quality coffee for three generations. We only put our trust in people we know personally.
Early in the morning at 7:30 a.m., the Stüva Chünetta invites you to a good coffee and a piece of the well-known »tuorta da nusch fat in chesa« with a relaxed atmosphere and great attention to detail.
But the Stüva Chünetta is also rustic, lively and gaudy. This is where the world meets at – wooden tables with rustic classics from the dining table and with one, two or even three beers.
The Stüva Bellavista is the heart of our hotel and dominates in the colors light blue and white. Light blue like the lakes and the sky of the Engadine; white speaks for the Bellavista mountain itself, which you can view from the Stüva with a brilliant view. Enjoy fish from our lakes or meat from local cattle.

Stüvetta Nora / Fondue Stube
The unique Stüva Nora is only a few steps away from the Gletscher-Hotel Morteratsch. A small, neat little house in the snow, where you can enjoy evening cheese- specialties such as fondue and raclette or a rich fondue chinoise.
The Stüva Nora is made for smaller occasions up to 24 people. Enjoy your private party in a very cozy atmosphere. In the anteroom of the Stüva there is a small stand-up bar, where your guests can prepare for the evening with a relaxed aperitif.
