The Rhaetian Railway has given us a somewhat belated Christmas present: a new train connection in the evening, on working days. New the last train leaves us, between Monday and Friday at 21:11 to Pontresina. We say: Thank you very much!
On the one hand, this train connection is important for us, employees who are happy to do without our cars. On the other hand, it enables guests who live in Pontresina to spend a nice evening in our restaurant and enjoy two glasses of wine instead of just one. It is definitely worth it, as you can see from our beautiful Wine list can close.
"Where love sets the table, the food tastes best" true to this motto, we serve fine Graubünden specialties in the evening, complemented by alternating dishes with meat from the Engadine or the nearby Puschlav, vegetables from Switzerland and fish from Central Switzerland. At lunchtime we have our classics, such as Rösti, Pizzoccheri and Capuns.
