Dear guests, dear friends, dear autumn- lovers
It's that time again: autumn is here. It is the season of harvest, longing, gratitude, relaxation and enjoyment. On some days we enjoy beautiful, golden autumn weather, on others the clouds hang so low that they almost seem to warn us: "Stay in bed a little longer, get some rest!".
We always enjoy autumn to the fullest. The splendour of colours in Val Morteratsch develops from day to day and you can almost watch the larches turn yellower and yellower. The shrubs turn red, the grass turns brown and the shadows get longer. It is wonderful.
For this occasion we have prepared a beautiful autumnal menu for you. This year we are only using game from Engadine hunting. This limits the selection somewhat, as we cannot "order" anything in the sense of the word, but the quality is of course all the better. To go with the game we have created fine vegetarian specialties from local ingredients. Let yourself be surprised, it's worth it.
With this in mind, we look forward to your visit. We are still here until October 27. to pamper you in the Morteratsch.
